My sessions were effective and healing. I’ve been a smoker of cigarettes and cannabis for 27 years. And while they are no longer a behavior that matched who I am now, they were so woven into my identity I could not stop. I barely even enjoyed smoking then anymore but could not stop the behavior. It took a few sessions, and I even continued to smoke cigarettes after my first session however the cigarette did not satisfy me the way it once did. It actually tasted disgusting and made me nauseous. I am happy to say after three sessions I have not had a cigarette in close to two months, and have been cannabis free for almost two weeks.
