@Ask_Spectrum Phone number 806 672 4412 just got service hooked up by Tech March 2nd. Tech said outside hookup were set to Dish. That is why services weren't working now U want $400 for 10 days of actual service so you better believe my 118K followers will know I'm upset. We are disconnected

It’s my understanding The Weather Channel didn’t provide live coverage tonight as the city of Tupelo was under a Tornado Emergency. It really hurts me to see this lack of interest in covering active weather — spoken as someone who was influenced greatly by TWC as a kid.

@GetSpectrum has the worst customer service experience imaginable. I’ve been overpaying my internet for months because I was not informed that my modem is not compatible with the speed I pay for. Billing just says it’s my fault if I didn’t catch the equipment discrepancy

@Ask_Spectrum @MarlinsStan Why do you always ask for account info when people ask you general info such as ETAs when service will be restored when they give you the area in question, such as Bowling Green KY or Danville KY?

@HutchMF @GetSpectrum Since it costs to have someone come over to the house to check for issues. I usually pull out the speed test to check with them to see if it’s all good when they said they’re done.

@NonejaBiz @Ask_Spectrum They told us yesterday that if it’s over 4 hours then you get credited. We’ve been without internet and phone for 42 hours now so as of now, they should credit us with two days service. Which in no way makes up for us not being able to work since we work from home.
