@GetSpectrum has the worst customer service experience imaginable. I’ve been overpaying my internet for months because I was not informed that my modem is not compatible with the speed I pay for. Billing just says it’s my fault if I didn’t catch the equipment discrepancy

@HutchMF @GetSpectrum Since it costs to have someone come over to the house to check for issues. I usually pull out the speed test to check with them to see if it’s all good when they said they’re done.

@NonejaBiz @Ask_Spectrum They told us yesterday that if it’s over 4 hours then you get credited. We’ve been without internet and phone for 42 hours now so as of now, they should credit us with two days service. Which in no way makes up for us not being able to work since we work from home.

@Ask_Spectrum I don’t know my complete account number. But, it ends in 5700. The address is 1679 Big Pete Road Franklin Furnace, Ohio 45629. I paid $5553.87 last June for service to be installed at by weekend retreat.

@GetSpectrum is legit the most frustrating internet provider I have ever dealt with this is ****** ridiculous. Day 2 of in and out service. It's slow when it does work. I upgraded plans so I could stream again and I can't even do that because I'm constantly dropping frames
